Do I need an appointment to visit?
Visits are by appointment so a diamond specialist can give you their full attention. Book a consultation and we will confirm a time that suits you.
Can trade partners apply for an account?
Yes. Jewellers, designers and retailers can apply for a trade account to access wholesale diamond pricing and white-label manufacturing. Tell us what you make and the volumes you need, and we will arrange an intro call.
Do you work with clients outside London?
Yes. The whole process works remotely: we share CAD renders, diamond certificates and production photography online, and finished pieces are delivered fully insured across the UK.
