A Ring You Design, From A Workshop You Can See
Most engagement rings are designed by one company, made by another and sold by a third. We do all three in Hatton Garden — which is why you get direct pricing, real control over the design and a record of every decision.
Buy Direct From The Diamond House
We source and hold our own stones, so you are not paying a chain of middlemen. Setting and stone are quoted separately and transparently.
You Approve Before We Cast
Photorealistic CAD renders from every angle, plus every revision stored on your project record. No surprises when you open the box.
Made Under One Roof
Design, casting, setting, finishing and hallmarking all happen in our own workshop — which is why our quality and lead times stay consistent.

The Journey
Six Steps From Sketch To Finished Ring
Every bespoke engagement ring follows the same controlled sequence, documented in Caesar Track. You know what has been agreed, what is happening and what comes next.
- 01
Consultation and brief
A bespoke engagement ring starts with a consultation at our Hatton Garden office, or online if you cannot visit in person. We talk through design direction, the metal, the diamond you have in mind, your budget and any proposal date you are working towards. The brief is recorded in Caesar Track so every later decision can be traced back to it.
- 02
Diamond selection
We shortlist GIA-certified diamonds to your specification and show you the certificates, proportions and pricing side by side, so you can see exactly what each stone offers. If you already own a diamond or an heirloom stone, we inspect and document it and design around it instead.
- 03
CAD design and 3D render
Your ring is modelled in CAD and rendered photorealistically from every angle, including how it will sit with a wedding band. Revisions are unlimited at this stage and every version is stored on your project record. Nothing is cast until you approve the design.
- 04
Casting and fabrication
Approved designs are cast in 18k white, yellow or rose gold, platinum or palladium in our own Hatton Garden workshop, never subcontracted. The cast ring is then cleaned, filed and refined by hand to the approved dimensions before any stone is set.
- 05
Setting and finishing
A master setter cuts the seats and forms the claws, bezel or channel to your exact stone, then secures the diamond by hand. The ring is polished, plated where appropriate and hand finished to an heirloom standard, with production photography added to your project record as it progresses.
- 06
Hallmarking and delivery
Finished rings are assayed and hallmarked in line with UK hallmarking regulations and photographed for your records. You collect by appointment at our Hatton Garden office, or the ring is delivered fully insured by tracked courier anywhere in the UK, with every stage already documented in Caesar Track.
Choose Your Metal And Diamond Shape
Every combination is available in-house. Your specialist will talk you through how each metal wears and how each shape sits on the hand — then show you real examples from our portfolio.

Bespoke Engagement Ring Questions
How much does a bespoke engagement ring cost?
We quote the setting and the diamond separately, so you can see exactly where your budget goes and adjust either element at any point. Your specialist will give you a clear, itemised figure before anything is made.
How long does a bespoke engagement ring take?
Most commissions are completed within two to four weeks from approved CAD, subject to stone availability. If you have a proposal date in mind, tell us at the consultation and we will plan the schedule around it.
Can I use a diamond I already own?
Yes. We regularly design around client-supplied stones and family heirlooms. We inspect and document the stone on receipt, and you can follow the setting work in Caesar Track.
Where are you based and can I visit?
We are at 100 Hatton Garden, Suite 225, London EC1N 8NX. Visits are by appointment so a specialist can give you their full attention — book a consultation and we will confirm a time.

Ethical & Traceable Diamonds
We supply natural and lab-grown diamonds with GIA certification and Kimberley Process compliance. Every stone is documented against your project record, so the provenance of your ring is recorded as well as its design.
Transparent Pricing, No Middlemen
Because we buy, design and manufacture ourselves, there is no retail markup stacked on a third-party workshop. We quote the stone and the setting separately and explain the trade-offs in cut, colour and clarity so you can decide where your budget goes.
Lead Times & Appointments
Typical lead time is two to four weeks from approved CAD, subject to stone availability. If you are working towards a proposal date, tell us at the first consultation and we will build the schedule around it.
