In-House Jewellery Manufacturing in Hatton Garden
As a Hatton Garden jewellery manufacturer, Caesar Diamonds produces bespoke and small-batch fine jewellery entirely under one roof. From CAD design and lost-wax casting to diamond setting, polishing and final quality control, every stage is carried out by in-house master craftsmen — giving trade partners and private clients consistent quality, shorter lead times and complete documentation.
Bespoke & Small-Batch Production
Whether you're commissioning a single engagement ring or producing a capsule collection, our workshop scales from one-off bespoke pieces to small-batch manufacturing runs. Each project is scheduled and tracked individually through Caesar Track, so trade partners receive production updates and private clients follow their commission from sketch to finish.
CAD Design & 3D Rendering
Every commission begins with precise CAD modelling and photorealistic 3D renders. Clients approve the design from every angle before any metal is cast, and every revision is stored for reference. Our CAD service is also available to trade partners developing their own collections.
Casting, Fabrication & Setting
We work in 18k white, yellow and rose gold, platinum, palladium and silver using lost-wax casting and hand fabrication. Our setters handle claw, channel, bezel, micro-pavé and invisible settings for diamonds and coloured gemstones, including matched pairs and calibrated stones.
Finishing, Engraving & Hallmarking
Pieces are polished, rhodium-plated where appropriate, and finished with milgrain or hand engraving. All items are assayed and hallmarked in line with UK hallmarking regulations, with full documentation retained against the project record.
Lead Times & Trade Production
Typical bespoke turnaround is two to four weeks. Trade production schedules and minimum order quantities are agreed during onboarding, with batch quality control and weekly progress reporting. White-label and private-label manufacturing is available for retailers and designers.
Quality Control & Traceability
Each piece passes multi-point inspection at every manufacturing stage, with certificates, supplier details and photography archived in Caesar Track. This documented chain of custody is what allows us to guarantee quality on both private commissions and repeated trade orders.
