Last updated: 17/10/2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Caesar Diamonds Ltd website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services. These Terms comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

2. Company Information

Caesar Diamonds Ltd, registered in England and Wales, with our registered office at 100 Hatton Garden Suite 225, London EC1N 8NX. Contact: info@caesardiamonds.com or +44 7400 400918

3. Services

We provide bespoke jewellery manufacturing, diamond sourcing, and wholesale services to private clients and trade partners. Each project is managed through our Caesar Track platform. Services are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.

4. Orders and Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A contract is formed when we accept your order in writing (via email or Caesar Track). We may request a deposit (typically 50%) before commencing work. Final specifications, including stone selection and design, must be approved before production begins. Custom-made items cannot be cancelled once production has started.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and exclude VAT unless stated. Prices are subject to change based on metal prices and stone availability until order confirmation. Payment terms are typically: 50% deposit on order confirmation, 50% balance before delivery. We accept bank transfer and major credit cards. Late payment may incur interest at 4% above Bank of England base rate.

6. Delivery and Collection

Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., stone sourcing, customs) will be communicated promptly. Items are fully insured during delivery. Risk passes to you upon delivery or collection. We recommend collection from our London showroom for high-value items.

7. Consumer Rights (Private Clients)

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality. For bespoke/custom-made items: You do not have a right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 as these are made to your specifications. For standard items: You have 14 days to cancel from receipt (items must be unworn and in original condition). We offer a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

8. Trade Partners

Trade terms are subject to credit approval and separate written agreement. Standard trade terms are 30 days net from invoice date. We reserve the right to withdraw trade credit at any time. Title to goods remains with Caesar Diamonds until payment is received in full.

9. Warranty and Aftercare

We provide a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from date of delivery. This covers workmanship only, not normal wear and tear, damage, or loss. We offer complimentary cleaning and inspection services. Resizing and repairs are available at cost price for items we manufactured. The warranty does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, CAD files, and intellectual property created by us remain our property unless explicitly transferred in writing. You may not reproduce or commercialize designs without written permission. Caesar Track and all associated branding are our registered trademarks.

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the value of the relevant order. We are not responsible for changes in stone value after purchase.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: Acts of God, war, terrorism, industrial disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

13. Disputes and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We encourage resolution through discussion before legal action. Consumer clients may use Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) schemes if applicable.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Existing orders remain subject to the Terms in effect at the time of order placement.
